Why do I need to release payment?
Our User Agreement requires shippers to release payments on completed shipments within 365 days after the date of booking. If these funds are un-released 365 days after the date of booking they will be forfeited. To avoid permanently losing access to these un-released funds we ask that you release the funds or cancel before the 365-day deadline.
For example: You booked the shipment on Nov 4th, 2022, if you have not released your funds by Nov 4th, 2023 you would permanently lose access to these un-released funds.
How to release payment:
- Release payment to your service provider or Cancel the shipment if it was not successfully delivered
