Once you've successfully booked a shipment, all of the details you'll need to get started will be located within your Booking Confirmation page. To get here, click on the shipment from your Booking Confirmation email, or log in and select the shipment from your My Shipments page.
Our layout is designed to make it easy to find the information you need at a glance.
Starting and ending points are clearly marked on a map at the top of the page. Just below the map, you can add street addresses as well as pickup and delivery contact information.
Here, you'll also be able to click Track Shipment to see the progress of your delivery. This option is available after pickup, and is only available when booking with carriers who've opted into location sharing.
You'll want to contact your service provider as soon as the shipment is booked. We provide the name, phone number, and email address in the top right corner of the page. Reach out to clarify details and determine a plan for staying in touch throughout the course of the shipment.

In short, this section describes your side of the deal, which the service provider has agreed to.
Expand your bid details to review the terms of your service provider's bid, which you've accepted upon booking. This is where you'll be able to see agreed upon time frames, payment types, and more.
Chances are, some of the details of your shipment were hashed out within the Q/A section of the listing. You can go back and review these conversations by expanding the Questions tab at the bottom of the page.
Once your shipment is delivered, and you've completed your payment, you'll see the option to Leave Feedback at the top of this page. Please take a moment to rate your experience with your service provider, and leave comments that could be useful to future uShip customers.
