FILING A SHIP WITH CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE CLAIM

We offer our Ship With Confidence Guarantee (SWCG) for when life happens and issues arise, even if a uShip Protection Plan hasn’t been purchased. For payment disputes, cases of damaged, missing, or stolen shipments, a SWCG claim can be filed.

To qualify for "Ship with Confidence" Guarantee (SWCG):

  • Follow our Safe Shipping Guide
  • Attempt to work out any issues directly with your service provider
  • Inform uShip of the issue immediately within 15 days of delivery or within 30 days of booking on uShip by clicking Report a Problem on your listing or emailing support@uship.com

Prior to submitting your claim, make sure that you have all of the required documentation. You may then complete the application here.
