How Do I Add Photos to eBOL?

Each shipment requires at least one photo, but we suggest taking multiple photos from different angles, ensuring that any damage is documented and all images are clear. Photos can be taken directly through the app or eBOL web form:

  1. Go to the Details view.
  2. In the Pickup Photos / Delivery Photos section, tap the grey add icon. Your phone’s camera view will display. 
  3. Take a photo of the shipment using your phone’s camera view. The photo appears in the image grid.
  4. Repeat the process to take another photo.

To remove a photo, tap the photo to view it full-screen, and then tap the Delete button.
