Book It Now: What happens if my shipment isn’t booked?

Book It Now shipments are a brand new uShip program. While we take every step we can to ensure a successful shipment, there are a number of reasons why you may not have been matched with a Carrier. This could include:
- Carriers are at full capacity
- Carriers may need more time to decide on this particular shipment. This may happen if you have larger or heavier items that may require special shipping requirements
- uShip's initial pricing estimate of the shipment was inaccurate
To resolve this, you can list your item again in our Marketplace.
