Managing Multiple Shipments

My Shipments makes it easy to manage multiple shipments from one page. Your listings are arranged from newest to oldest. Click through the different tabs at the top of the page to sort your shipments.

Saved: Created shipments that have not posted to the marketplace yet.

Pending: Active and Expired listings that have not booked. You can view and manage Active listings or relist Expired listings. 

Assigned: Booked or Picked up shipments. 

Completed: Delivered shipments.

Cancelled: Any cancelled shipments. 

The Alerts section can be found by clicking the bell icon. Here you'll find pending cancellation requests and shipments needing feedback. You can also view canceled shipments by clicking on the icon to the left of the bell icon. Keep in mind, if there's a red dot on the top of the bell, it means something needs your attention. 

From My Shipments, locate the shipment under the Assigned tab. Then use the drop down menu on the right to edit a listing or print a Bill of Lading (BOL.) Click View to manage bids, access a Q&A board, or see available tracking information.

Don't see the shipment you're looking for at the top of the list? Use the search bar to bring it up by title, location, or shipment ID, service provider first name and last initial or service provider company name. Hit enter or the search button to search for your shipment.
