Great communication is essential when booking and completing shipments on uShip. We encourage you to contact your shipping customer as soon as your bid is accepted. You'll find their name and phone number within your Booking Confirmation email, as well as the Booking Confirmation page for that shipment.

Go ahead and introduce yourself, and confirm information such as locations and dates. Be sure to get any special instructions not mentioned in the listing details. Let your shipping customer know what to expect, and how you'll be communicating updates along the way.

uShip shipping customers expect professional and accurate communication from their service providers. Your feedback and reviews will depend on your ability to knock this out of the park.
