Contacting a Customer
Great communication is essential to completing a shipment. Once your bid has been accepted, you should see an email in your inbox titled, Booking Confirmation. In that email, you'll find your shipping customer's phone number and email address. We strongly encourage you to give your shipping customer a call and introduce yourself. Let them know of the next steps you're going to take with their shipment and of any updates you have along the way.
You can also find your customer's contact information by selecting View Booking Details on the corresponding shipment.
