Have a great start to your shipment! Follow these important steps before, and during pickup.
- Make sure the shipment is ready and loadable prior to reaching the pickup location.
- Upon arriving, thoroughly check all shipment items for accuracy and preexisting damages. Make notes and take photos. Consider using a BOL for documentation.
- Keep your customer informed by changing the shipment status from Booked to Picked Up. If you've opted into Location Sharing, shipment tracking will become available at this time.
If you're transporting a pet, make sure the customer provides a health certificate from a veterinarian and the animal is suitable for transport. If something doesn't seem right, it's probably in your best interest to avoid risk and cancel the shipment.
