Contacting Your Service Provider


Once you've booked your shipment, we'll automatically exchange your name, phone number and email address with your service provider.

You'll receive this information in your Booking Confirmation email as soon as you book. We'll also keep it at the top of your Booking Confirmation page for you to refer back to.

Once you've booked with a service provider, you're expected to use this information to communicate directly for the remainder of the shipment. We recommend reaching out within the first 24 hours to go over details and determine a plan for pickup and delivery.
