How to Find Your Payment Code


If you paid for shipping in full upon booking using uShip Payments, remember there is a second step required to complete your transaction. At delivery, you must still Release Payment to your service provider.

Once your shipment is booked, the Release Payment option will become available in the Payments section of your Booking Confirmation page. You should always wait until delivery before releasing any type of payment. The only rare exception to this rule is when shipping pets.

In the event that you're not able to be present at the delivery location to confirm delivery and Release Payment through your account, you'll want to make sure your representative at the delivery location has the Payment Code, so they can give the code to your service provider in order to Release Payment.

You can find your Payment Code in your Booking Confirmation email.


Your Payment Code is also available after you Release Payment in the Payments section of your Booking Confirmation page.
