Delays are common in the shipping industry, and oftentimes can't be prevented. A good service provider should keep you updated along the way. If you can't reach your service provider, please contact support. We're happy to help open up communication and try to get you information and an ETA.
Definitely contact support right away if you have reason to believe your shipment is lost or stolen. Fortunately, reports of theft are usually false alarms. Still, we take these situations very seriously. We'll help you get to the bottom of it, and if your shipment is truly missing or stolen, we'll help point you in the right direction.
When damages occur during transport, the uShip Protection Plan is your best defense. If you've purchased the uShip Protection Plan proceed by submitting a case as soon as possible using the instructions in this article. If you've opted out of the Protection Plan or it wasn't available to you, check with your service provider to see if your shipment was covered under their insurance.
