Cancelling a Shipment
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. It’s okay! If you are having trouble working with your customer, and will not be able to move forward with the delivery, you can initiate a cancellation right through the site.
To do so, just follow these steps:
- Login to your uShip account.
- Click My Deliveries
- Select Booked
- Select Problem/Cancel under 'I want to' from the drop-down menu that corresponds with the delivery that needs to be cancelled.
- You will then need to read through the information and click the Continue to Request Cancellation button if it is the option that applies. Continue to read the information given, and explain your reason for cancellation in the fields given to complete the request.
Once the cancellation is complete, the match fee will be voided from your account. We understand that cancellations are going to happen. Just be sure to avoid getting any Excessive Cancellations.
