Ship with Confidence Guarantee

Sometimes things happen, and hopefully, your shipment was protected by the Protection Plan, but we realize that's not always the case. That's why we created the Ship with Confidence Guarantee for payment disputes, pricing overages, and cases of damaged, missing, or stolen shipments. Our promise to you is this:

If you follow our Safe Shipping Guide to ensure that your shipment is delivered safely, then the following may apply:

  • In the event that payment is made to a uShip service provider and services are not rendered, uShip may reimburse your unrefunded payments up to $500 USD. 
  • If your items are damaged, lost or stolen in transit, and you are unable to be reimbursed through the uShip Protection Plan or your service provider's insurance, uShip may compensate you up to $500 USD.
  • If a service provider asks you to pay more than the amount you booked through uShip--for a shipment that matched your listing--uShip may reimburse the additional amount you paid, up to $500 USD.

 

The $500 USD is a single combined maximum per shipment across all covered situations. Available to shipping customers in the US only.
 

uShip Logistics ("UL"), an affiliate of uShip, participates on uShip.com as one of many service providers and receives no preferential treatment; choosing it does not change your eligibility for any Guarantee benefit.
