uShip Bank Account Payment Terms And Conditions
uShip Bank Account Payment Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the terms and conditions for use of your bank account as a payment method on uShip. Please note that your use of uShip is also governed by the User Agreement. By choosing to use a bank account as your payment method, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By choosing to use a bank account as your payment method, you will complete your purchase using a valid ACH enabled bank account at a financial institution based in the United States. Whenever you choose to pay using your bank account, you are authorizing uShip to debit your bank account for the total amount of transaction including any applicable fees. Your transaction must be payable in U.S. dollars.
You agree that you are authorized to use this bank account and have full legal right to lawfully use it on uShip. Under the discretion of uShip, refusal of this payment method to any user may occur without notice for any reason and at any time.
By choosing to use your bank account as your payment method, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and that this agreement constitutes a "writing signed by you" under any applicable law or regulation. You consent to the electronic delivery of the disclosures contained in these Terms and Condition.
By choosing to use your bank account as your payment method, you authorize uShip to initiate one or more ACH debit entries from your bank account and you authorize the financial institution that holds your bank account to deduct such payments.
If a transaction fails for any reason, including insufficient funds or incorrect account information, you authorize us to charge the unpaid amount to other payment methods you have on file. If we cannot successfully collect payment from any of those payment methods, you consent and authorize us to make appropriate reports to 3rd party credit collection agencies, credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, tax agencies and law enforcement authorities, and cooperate with them in any resulting investigation or prosecution. For more information, please refer to the Unpaid Fees section of the uShip User Agreement.
If a shipment has been picked up, it cannot be canceled. uShip will initiate a credit to your bank account for the correct amount. If any issues arise after you have provided the payment code, disputes must be resolved directly with the service provider.
We may, in our discretion, change these Terms and Conditions and uShip's User Agreement at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of your bank account as a payment method on uShip is accepted after these changes.
