Troubleshooting the Android App

It's beneficial to close a refresh any application, and ours is no different. If you're experiencing inconsistency or having issues navigating the app, typically all that's needed is a restart. Here are some steps to achieve this on your iOS device and a couple other tips to help in the event you run into an issue.
- "Force Stop" and reopen the app
- On a Pixel phone running Android OS 8:
- Tap and hold the app icon
- A popup menu will appear, select "App info" in that menu
- Tap "Force Stop" in the screen that appears
- Tap the Home button, find the app icon and reopen the app
- On a Pixel phone running Android OS 8:
- "Clear Cache" and/or "Clear Data" for uShip and re-open the app
- On a Pixel phone running Android OS 8:
- Tap and hold the app icon
- A popup menu will appear, select "App info" in that menu
- Tap on the line titled "Storage"
- Tap "Clear Data"
- Tap "Clear Cache"
- Tap the Home button, find the app icon and reopen the app
- On a Pixel phone running Android OS 8:
- If nothing else works, delete and re-install the app
