Troubleshooting the iOS App

At times it's good to close a refresh any application, and ours is no different. If you're experiencing inconsistency or having issues navigating the app, typically all that's needed is a restart. Here are some steps to achieve this on your iOS device.
- Force-quit and reopen the app
- On any iPhone with a notch in the screen (iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, etc) running iOS 12
- swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen.
- user can now swipe left/right through a display of all running apps
- find the uShip app and swipe it up until it falls entirely off the screen
- tap the background of the screen to get back to the dashboard
- find the uShip app icon and tap to reopen the app
- on any iPhone with a physical home button (5, 6, 7, 8, etc) running iOS 12
- Double-tap the home button
- user can now swipe left/right through a display of all running apps
- find the uShip app and swipe it up until it falls entirely off the screen
- On any iPhone with a notch in the screen (iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, etc) running iOS 12
- If nothing else works, delete and re-install the app
