LTL Instant Rate bookings are subject to rebills. Rebills are invoice adjustments applied by a carrier. This is a part of the freight industry that can be daunting, but the uShip support team is here to help.
Please email ltlsupport@uship.com if you need more information regarding your shipment's final invoice or if you want to dispute a rebill. Be sure to reference your shipment's BOL# in your email and provide any documentation that may help prove your point. Rebills are time-sensitive, please contact us within 3 business days if you're hoping to avoid additional charges.
