Important Notes

• This method only works for sets of identical items.
• The dimensions (except weight) used for shipping calculations will be based on a single item in the set.
• You must manually enter the combined weight of all the items in the set when setting up the product in the Shopify app.
• We do not support complex sets with different dimensions (e.g., a dining table with chairs).

How to Set Up Your Product for Accurate Shipping Rates

1. Title your product accurately to receive precise quotes by indicating the number of items in the set in this format, including parentheses: "(set of X)".
2. Enter the combined weight of all items in the set when setting up the product in the Shopify app.

Examples

Supported:

• "Wingback Chair (set of 2)"
• "Dining Chairs (set of 4)"
• "Stemless Wine Glasses (set of 6)"
• "Throw Pillows (set of 3)"

Not Supported:

• "Dining Table and Chairs Set (7 pieces)" - This includes items with different dimensions

Best Practices

• Always include the set information in parentheses at the end of the product title.
• Double-check that the total weight is accurate for the entire set.
• For variant products, ensure each variant title includes the set information if applicable.
