uShip Terms and Conditions (“Free” Gift Offers/Promotions)

Occasionally, we will carry out “free” gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) (collectively “Free Gift(s)”) offers and promotions when you successfully complete a promotional activity (“Promotional Activity”) or make purchases for qualifying Services (“Qualifying Purchase”) (collectively “Offer(s)”). This uShip Terms and Conditions (“Free” Gift Offers/Promotions) document (“Terms”) outlines the terms and conditions below which govern the Offers on this site, and we encourage all to read through with care to avoid any misunderstanding and/or dispute:

  • These Terms are subject to the uShip User Agreement and Privacy Policy which apply for all Offers, and use of the uShip app or website.  Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the definition provided to it in the User Agreement.
  • To qualify for and receive any “free” gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) resulting from an Offer, user must meet the requirements indicated, as applicable, in the Offer and in these Terms.  Offer may not be applied if all Offer conditions are not met.
  • The Offer entitlement may require fulfilment of certain criteria(s) as stipulated in each campaign or promotional Offer and are only available on Offers through our website, https://www.uship.com/ and domain @uship.com.
  • Promotional Activity” is any activity prompted by a campaign or promotion managed by members of the uShip Sales or Marketing Team(s) which requires participation in and completion of, but not limited to, the following: a) informational calls, meetings, webinars, booth attendance, and the like, as outlined in an active Offer; or b) social media promotional initiatives such as reviews, postings, tagging, mentions, and the like; as outlined in an active Offer.
  • Qualifying Purchase” is any purchase for qualifying shipping marketplace Service(s) on https://www.uship.com/, as outlined in an active Offer.
  • The Offer is only valid for specific campaigns and may not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one Offer per Promotional Activity or Qualifying Purchase, per person, per address for the duration of the specific campaigns (If you complete more than one Promotional Activity or Qualifying Purchase with us during the period the Offer is active, you will only receive the “free” gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) on your first Promotional Activity or Qualifying Purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • uShip’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.  In the event of any disparity and/or dispute, the final decision will always be uShip’s prerogative. 
  • All Offer(s) with “free” gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) are on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last.
  • uShip reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • All Offer(s) are valid within the specified period as stated on the relevant campaigns. All claims beyond the specified period will be considered void and will not be entertained. 
  • If a User wishes to cancel a Promotional Activity or Qualifying Purchase which qualifies for an Offer with Qualifying Purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the “free” gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) with the Qualifying Purchase is also returned.
  • The Offer for each campaign is non-transferable, and also cannot be substituted with any other Service, cash or credit. 
  • You must be over eighteen (18) years old on the date of your Offer participation to be eligible.  Employees of uShip are not eligible to participate in Offers.  To the extent permitted by applicable law, uShip’s liability under or in connection with any Offer or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the “free" gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) in question. All Offers are void where they are prohibited by applicable law.
  • uShip takes no responsibility for any “free" gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) claims which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, uShip shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the Offer or any “free" gift(s), incentive(s), and/or credit(s) for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and uShip and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, uShip reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  • As outlined in an active Offer, the recipient’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of uShip after applicable Promotional Activity or Qualifying Purchase.
  • uShip reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Please check this uShip Terms and Conditions (“Free” Gift Offers/Promotions) document before placing orders, completing any Promotional Activity or Qualifying Purchase, and/or regularly for any material updates.
