2. Ask questions
Before accepting a bid, feel free to contact transporters through the Q&A boards and within Bid Details with specific questions about their service. Keep in mind that asking a question in no way obligates you to use that Service Provider.
3. Evaluate all bids
The lowest price doesn’t always mean it’s the best bid. A slightly higher price might come from a more experienced provider or may be better suited to your needs. The more flexible your pickup and delivery dates, route and needs, the better the quotes you’ll likely receive.

Also, remember that you are free to accept any bid from any Service Provider, or none at all.
