uShip generally uses email to send you updates on your shipments and bids. This can easily turn into too many emails if you're booking a lot of shipments. We totally understand, so we put you in the driver's seat regarding which types of communications you receive, and how you receive them.
To manage your Communication Preferences, hover your mouse over your name in the header and select Settings from the drop-down menu. Click Update Communication Preferences. Select whichever emails you want to receive, and deselect the ones you don't. You can also manage the types of Text Alerts you want to see.
