For uShip Payments, the shipping customer will release the funds to you via the site or mobile app. When payment has been released online, you’ll receive an email letting you know: Payment Received for [shipment title].

Once payment has been released, you’ll need to transfer the money from your uShip account to whichever withdrawal method you prefer. uShip offers two withdrawal methods: ACH and Instant payouts. A user can withdraw funds via the website or the mobile app.

To withdraw funds on uShip.com:

• Go to Payments
• Click “Withdraw Funds"
• Select your withdrawal method
• Enter the amount you would like to withdraw
• Review withdrawal details
• Click “Withdraw Funds”

To withdraw funds on the uShip Mobile app:

• Go to the Account tab
• Click “Withdraw Funds” 
• Under the Account Summary page click “Withdraw Funds”
• Select your withdrawal method
• Enter the amount you would like to withdraw
• Review withdrawal details
• Click “Withdraw Funds”
