Reconsignment / Change Delivery Address

Changing your delivery information after your item has been picked up can be a little tricky, but uShip is here to help you with that. If you discover that you need your item delivered to a different address or even a different city than what appears on your bill of lading, send an email to ltlsupport@uship.com with all of the following information:

- Your Bill of Lading number
- Your PRO# (If you know it)
- The complete new address
- Any new contact information at delivery

There is almost always a fee associated with reconsigning your shipment. That fee varies depending on your carrier. Once you’ve sent your reconsignment information, we’ll obtain a quote from your carrier and get your approval before we arrange the reconsignment.
