Pickup Confirmation

Once your shipment’s been picked up, you can expect an automated email from uShip for most carriers with your PRO/Tracking number. This typically occurs within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received the email, that doesn’t necessarily mean it wasn’t picked up. Feel free to email uShip at ltlsupport@uship.com or, if it's urgent, give us a call at 1-888-579-1240 and we can help you confirm that the shipment has been picked up.
