Pickup Confirmation

After your shipment has been picked up, you can expect an automated email from uShip containing your PRO/Tracking number. This email typically gets sent within 24 hours after pickup, once the tracking information reaches uShip from the carrier.
If you haven’t received an email, that doesn’t necessarily mean it wasn’t picked up. Feel free to contact uShip at ltlsupport@uship.com or 1-888-579-1240 and we can help you confirm the shipment's status.
