Pickup Confirmation

After your shipment has been picked up, you can expect an automated email from uShip containing your PRO/Tracking number. This email typically gets sent within 24 hours after pickup, once the tracking information reaches uShip from the carrier.

If you receive a pickup confirmation email, but your pickup has yet to occur, please contact uShip support at ltlsupport@uship.com or 888-579-1240 and we can further investigate.
