Changing Your Password

Updated

Need to change your password? No problem. If you're signed in, hover your mouse over your name in the heading and click Settings from the drop-down menu. Click Change Password, enter your current password, and then type in your new password twice to check for typos. Don't use something easily guessable, like "password," and don't reuse passwords from other websites.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 8 characters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 letter

If you can't remember your password, click here to send yourself the Reset Password link, or follow these instructions:

How to Reset Your uShip Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these simple steps to regain access to your account.

Step 1: Request a Password Reset

  1. Go to the uShip Login Page.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your uShip account and click Next.

  4. Click Send me an email.

Step 2: Complete the Reset

Check your inbox for a password reset email from uShip. How you complete the reset depends on where you open that email:

  • Option A: Opening the email on the same device and browser

    1. Open the email and click the Reset Password button.

    2. You will be redirected automatically to a page where you can type in your new password.

  • Option B: Opening the email on a different device, app, or browser (e.g., opening the link on your phone or in a different web browser like Safari or Chrome)

    1. Open the email to find your verification code.

    2. Return to the original uShip Login Page where you requested the reset.

    3. Enter the verification code on the screen.

    4. Follow the prompts to set your new password.

Tip: If the link does not automatically open the password page, simply check your email for the verification code and enter it on the original tab you left open.
