Creating & Managing Sub-Accounts
As a policy, uShip allows only one account per business entity.
If you have multiple employees or agents at your company, you can create sub-accounts to help you manage your uShip activity. Sub-accounts are consolidated under a master account. Each sub-account has its own unique login credentials, as well as its own contact information.
While sub-account owners can place bids and book shipments on uShip, only the master account is visible to other members. All feedback is aggregated under the master account, and only the master account can withdraw funds from uShip.
To create sub-accounts:
1. Sign into your uShip account, hover your mouse over your name in the heading, and choose Settings from the drop-down menu. Select Sub-Accounts to access the Add/Manage Sub-Accounts page. To go there now, click here.
2. Click Add a Sub-Account.
3. Enter the name and email address of the new sub-account user and select Add this Sub-Account. That person will then receive an email asking them to create their account. Once they're registered, their sub-account will be linked to your master account.
You can manage the status of your sub-accounts and remove sub-accounts directly from the Add / Manage Sub-Accounts page.
