Unclaimed uShip Funds
Why do I need to claim my uShip funds?
Our User Agreement requires us to forfeit unclaimed funds 365 days after the date of booking. To avoid permanently losing access to these unclaimed funds we ask that you claim your funds before the 365-day deadline. We suggest you withdraw your funds fully at minimum every 30 days.
For example: You booked the shipment on Nov 4th, 2022, if you have not withdrawn your funds by Nov 4th, 2023 you would permanently lose access to these unclaimed funds.
