Regional Settings


Hello, hola, and bonjour! uShip automatically sets your account's Regional Settings based on your location at registration.

If you need to make changes, hover your mouse over your name in the heading and choose Settings from the drop-down menu. Click Regional Settings, and use the drop-down menus to update your region, currency, and time zone.


Your language is set by uShip according to your location at registration. Language settings will automatically update when you connect to uShip on an international IP address, to match the language in the country you're in.

Can I update my language from right where I am, without traveling the world?

Yes. When you update your region, your language settings will be updated to match the primary language spoken within the region you select. One thing to consider is that Find Shipments will automatically default to show you only shipments available within that region.

What if I've set my region based on my language, but I'm looking for shipments somewhere else?

If you're, say, a German speaker looking for shipments in the United States, no worries. There's a solution. Simply use your location filters in Find Shipments to search the country you're currently in, and then save that search as your default saved search. We'll automatically show you those search results next time you sign in, even if your region is set elsewhere, to accommodate your preferred language.
