uShip publishes transit times directly from our LTL Published Rates carriers. Two things are worth noting when considering transit times:
1. The estimated transit time does not include the day your item was picked up. For example, if your item was picked up on Monday with an estimated transit time of 3 days, it will likely not deliver until at least Thursday.
2. With standard service, transit times are estimated, not guaranteed. Currently, FedEx is the only carrier on our site offering a money-back guarantee with their priority service. If you absolutely need your item delivered by a specific date, it’s worth considering priority service over standard service.
