Reporting a Problem with a Shipment


If you're having a problem with a shipping customer, and you're needing a little help with communication, please contact us. We're here to assist.

Our Member Support team is happy to provide guidance, or reach out and help to facilitate a productive conversation between you and your customer. We do our best to assist you in working out a resolution, while remaining neutral in our position.

If your shipment has not been picked up, and you simply wish to cancel, you may do so without contacting our team by initiating a cancellation through our site.
