Reporting a Problem with a Shipment
There are all sorts of interesting situations you may come across while transporting. If you are in predicament with your shipping customer and think you could use a little help, let us know! You can use the Report a Problem feature to contact uShip if you are in a dispute with your customer. We will be happy to reach out and help facilitate communication and do our best to assist you in working out a resolution.
To Report a Problem follow these steps:
- Login to your uShip account and locate the relevant shipment.
- Click Problem/Cancel in the management box at the top right of the page.
Reporting a problem is appropriate when an issue has arisen with a transaction AFTER pick up or services have been performed or AFTER payment for a transaction has taken place.
This feature is the best way to notify us of issues that may have come up while in transit. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any problem.
