Reporting a Problem with Your Shipment

If you can't reach your service provider...

Carriers are out on the road and sometimes they're tough to get a hold of. If you've tried to call and email your transporter and they are not responding, shoot us an email or call us at 800-698-7447 ext. 2. We'll reach out to your provider for you.

If your shipment is delayed...

Things happen on the road that cause delays. First, try reaching out to your provider as they are responsible for updating you on your shipment. If a problem arises where you can't reach your provider, please contact support. We'd be happy to open up communication and try to get you an update. 

If you believe your shipment may have been stolen...

Contact us! It almost always turns out that there were simply delays or the provider was unreachable for an extended period of time, but if your items are truly missing or stolen, we'll help point in the right direction.

If your shipment arrives with damages...

If damages occurred during the transport and you purchased uShip Cargo Insurance, please follow the instructions in this article. If you opted out of uShip Cargo Insurance or it wasn't available to you, check with your service provider to see if your shipment was covered under their insurance.

The bottom line is this: if you have a problem and you can't reach your service provider or you don't feel like they're doing all they can to help, please get in touch with us. We're here to help.
