Congrats! You've booked your shipment. Now it's time to prepare for pickup.
First, check your inbox for an email titled Booking Confirmation to locate your service provider's contact information. Be sure to communicate directly with your service provider to make sure you're both clear on pickup and delivery details.
Take photos of each item in your shipment. Create an inventory list when shipping multiple items. These documents could come in handy, should there be any issues during transport.
Take care to properly package fragile items, unless you've booked white glove service and/or have discussed packaging as a part of your transaction.
Communication is key, so contact your service provider via phone or email with any updates along the way.
