LTL Published Rate Overcharge Claim Process & LTL Carrier Overcharge Claim Forms

Invoice adjustments are a reality of the shipping LTL Freight. uShip always notifies customers of any additional charges by sending emails to the email address on file on the account and to the inbox in the user's uShip account. If uShip does not hear back from the customer within at least 72 hours that a dispute should be opened regarding the additional charge, the card on file gets charged for the amount of the additional charge. Once this occurs, uShip sends that money directly to the carrier and the carrier's invoice is then paid.

Should a customer want to dispute a charge after payment has been rendered and the carrier has already been paid, an Overcharge claim must be filed with carrier. Overcharge claims are much harder to win and take much longer than normal billing disputes.

Listed below are Overcharge claim forms for the uShip LTL Published Rate Carriers. Customers will file the Overcharge claim directly with the carrier. Please carefully read all instructions listed on your carrier's form, as each carrier's Overcharge claim process may differ.
