Filing A Ship with Confidence Guarantee Claim

To qualify for the "Ship with Confidence" Guarantee you'll need to:
  • Follow our Safe Transportation Guide.
  • Submit your request within 15 days of delivery, or within 30 days of matching on uShip, whichever is earlier.
  • Attempt to work out any issues directly with your provider.
  • Inform uShip of the issue, use the 'Report a Problem' button on your shipment listing in My Deliveries.
 
Payment Guarantee Submission Process:
 
Before submitting a claim against the uShip Guarantee, you'll need to take the following steps:
If there is no resolution, please mail the required documentation to the following email addresses:
 
United Kingdom: UKguaranties@uship.com
Australia: AUguaranties@uship.com
European Union: EUguaranties@uship.com
 
Required Documentation:
  • Cover letter detailing the events of your claim
  • Copy of police report
  • Receipt of payment to your provider
  • Proof of attempt to dispute payment
  • Copy of report with the Internet Crime Complaint Centre against your provider
  • Signed agreements or bill of lading
  • Any other relevant documents
