Managing Multiple Deliveries

My Deliveries makes it easy to manage multiple deliveries from one page. Your listings are arranged from newest to oldest. Click through the different tabs at the top of the page to sort your deliveries.

Saved: Created deliveries that have not posted to the marketplace yet.

Pending: Active and Expired listings that have not booked. You can view and manage Active listings or relist Expired listings. 

Assigned: Booked or Picked up deliveries. 

Completed: Delivered listings.

Cancelled: Any cancelled deliveries. 

The Alerts section can be found by clicking the bell icon. Here you'll find pending cancellation requests and deliveries needing feedback. You can also view canceled deliveries by clicking on the icon to the left of the bell icon. Keep in mind, if there's a red dot on the top of the bell, it means something needs your attention. 

From My Deliveries, locate the delivery under the Assigned tab. Then use the drop down menu on the right to edit a listing or print a Bill of Lading (BOL.) Click View to manage bids, access a Q&A board, or see available tracking information.

Don't see the delivery you're looking for at the top of the list? Use the search bar to bring it up by title, location, or delivery ID, service provider first name and last initial or service provider company name. Hit enter or the search button to search for your delivery.
