Changing Your Account Type
So you're a transporter who needs an item delivered but can't do it yourself? Or maybe you're a shipping customer who can transport items as well? Changing your account type can help!
To change your account type, go to your Account Settings and select Change Account Type. Select the account type that fits your needs and click Update Account Type. To learn more about each account type, click the blue question mark icon.
