Reporting a Problem with Your Delivery


If you can't reach your courier...

Drivers are out on the road and sometimes they're tough to reach. If you've tried to call and email your driver and they are not responding, please email us. We'll reach out to your driver for you.

If your delivery is delayed...

Things happen on the road that cause delays. First, try reaching out to your driver as they are responsible for updating you on your delivery. If a problem arises where you can't reach your driver, please contact us. We'd be happy to open up communication and try to get you an update. 

If you believe your delivery may have been stolen...

Contact us! It almost always turns out that there were simply delays or the courier was unreachable for an extended period of time, but if your items are truly missing or stolen, we'll help point in the right direction.

If your delivery arrives with damages...

If damages occurred during the transport, check with your courier to see if your delivery was covered under their insurance.

The bottom line is this: if you have a problem and you can't reach your courier or you don't feel like they're doing all they can to help, please contact us. We're here to help.
